It’s National Stress Awareness Day. Making jewelry helps me cope with the stress of living with chronic pain and illness. Getting to share that jewelry with you, and earning a little for my handiwork is an added blessing!
Take some time today to create a routine to help reduce your stress. You can do some deep breathing (this can be done daily), have a relaxing bath, color (yes, even adults!), take a walk, create something (art, a craft, write a poem, etc.), get a massage, or participate in another tension-busting activity.
